Cat Meffan is known for all things wellness and lifestyle. As an ex-gymnast and dancer and now yoga teacher, she's always had a passion for movement, but it was only after knee operations and numerous other injuries that she finally decided to look even deeper into her own body, which is how she reached yoga. Yoga has taught Cat so much about who she is as a person, how to treat her body and also how to treat those around her. She wants to be able to share those learnings through her brand Soul Sanctuary.

The Soul Sanctuary is a monthly membership space for Cat's community to show up, connect, and take time to grow through the power of yoga and meditation. The apparel collection mirrors this philosophy and includes pieces that are long-lasting, kind to the planet and feel good to wear.
