Shannon Henry is a UK-based creator. Her brand Energy The Label has been designed for women. Shannon knows how frustrating it feels when clothes don’t fit. She also knows how amazing it feels when you wear clothes that make you feel comfortable and confident! Shannon wanted to start an inclusive, ethical brand that allowed women to feel confident and empowered in or outside the gym.

All the clothes are designed by Genflow's product team in partnership with Shannon Henry. Each product has taken months to perfect, keeping even the most minute details in mind. Ethics and Manufacturing

We believe that making good quality products need not come at the expense of others. We have handpicked our manufacturing partners due to their long-standing record of quality, innovation, environmental impact, and crucially their commitment to employee safety and happiness. Unlike others we work in close partnership with our suppliers over a sustained period of time, allowing for full transparency across the supply chain, this enables us to resolve issues quickly and efficiently if they arise. We partner with specialist factories around the world across the breadth of our products. All factories are audited by world-renowned third-party specialists, who carry out independent reviews of the products, the factory, and employee welfare. At a minimum, all of our approved partner factories have the BSCI Accreditation and Compliance. BSCI is a global standard that focuses on worker safety, happiness and transparency between the factory and the auditors, ensuring above all safe working conditions, fair wages, no discrimination and no child labor.

Sustainability

Packaging is also an area we are focusing on, we strive to ensure that items arrive in perfect condition whilst making as little impact on the environment as possible. Our mailing bags are made from biodegradable plastic helping to break down faster once disposed of. We are aware this is an ongoing process of continual improvement and are working hard looking at each area to iterate and improve the effect our production has.
